Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders already shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with the original invoice/bill.

  • Reverse pickup will typically be arranged within 1–2 business days.

  • Please ensure the pickup is completed when scheduled. If a pickup is cancelled from your end, you may be required to ship the product back to us or pay applicable charges for re-arranging the pickup.

  • Only hand over the product(s) for which the return or exchange request has been approved. Any additional items will be returned to you.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 48–72 hours after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.

  • Refunds are issued only via bank transfer.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, applicable COD charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange & Replacement Process
  • Email your order details along with clear images of the received product and invoice/bill.

  • Once the product is picked up and inspected, the replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days.

Important Notes
  • Products purchased during promotional offers, clearance sales, or special discount campaigns may not be eligible for exchange, replacement, or return.

  • Products purchased using store credits, or products received as replacements, are not eligible for further exchange or replacement.

  • If an incorrect product or model is ordered by the customer, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges or a ₹99 shipping fee for the correct replacement order.

  • Customer support is available between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video upon delivery. This helps us resolve any issues related to damage, defects, or missing items quickly.

  • While we carefully pack every order, products may occasionally be damaged during transit. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible after verification.


No Refund Eligibility Under the Following Conditions
  • Incorrect product or model ordered by the customer.

  • Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 offers, clearance sales, or special promotional discounts.

  • Damage, defective, or missing item claims where a replacement has already been offered.

  • Cancellation requests made after delivery.

  • Claims that the product does not exactly match advertising images due to minor differences in photography, lighting, or display settings.

  • Products priced at ₹599 or below may not be eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
